Choose the appropriate repair or alteration tier and book securely online. If you're unsure which option is right for your kilt, you're welcome to email photographs before purchasing and we'll advise you on the correct service.

Mail-In Repairs & Returns

All repairs and alterations are carried out via our mail-in service. Customers are responsible for safely arranging delivery of their garment to us for assessment and repair.

Once work is complete, we can arrange return shipping using a reputable courier for a fixed fee. While we take care in packaging and in selecting reliable carriers, all garments are transported by third-party couriers and our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided.

Customers who prefer to retain full control over transit, insurance, and delivery arrangements are welcome to organise their own return courier.
